Is there really no minimum order?
Correct. You can order a single shirt. The price per unit adjusts based on quantity, so larger runs cost less per shirt — but there is no floor. One shirt is a valid order.
What file formats do you accept for artwork?
We accept PNG, SVG, PDF, and Adobe Illustrator (AI) files. For the best print result, we recommend SVG or AI files at 300 DPI minimum. Our upload tool flags any quality issues before you finalize your order.
What is the difference between DTG and DTF printing?
Direct-to-Garment (DTG) printing works like an inkjet printer on fabric, ideal for photorealistic designs and full color artwork on cotton shirts. Direct-to-Film (DTF) applies a printed transfer to the garment, which works on a wider range of fabric blends and delivers bold, durable graphics.
How does the under-5-business-day turnaround work?
Once you submit and approve your order, production begins the next business day. Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from that point. You receive a tracking number the moment your package leaves our facility.
Can I order multiple designs in one order?
Yes. You can add multiple designs to a single order and split quantities across them. Each design is priced individually based on its own quantity. Combined shipping applies.
What garment colors and sizes are available?
We offer a wide range of garment colors across all styles, and sizes run from XS through 3XL on most products. Availability varies by style and color, and our ordering tool shows exactly what is in stock for your selection.
What if my order arrives damaged or printed incorrectly?
Contact us with photos of the issue within 7 days of delivery. If we made an error or the garment arrived damaged in transit, we will reprint or replace the affected items at no charge.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Currently we ship to all 50 US states and US territories. International shipping is not available at this time.
